ORDER STATUS

GROUND SERVICE

At JoeBrands.com, all Ground orders to a location within the contiguous 48 states ship for free. (Please note that while you are never charged for ground shipping on these orders, if you were to return an item, per our return policy we will deduct the amount actually paid by JoeBrands to the respective shipping company to ship the item to you, plus the restocking fee, from your credit.)


Orders are generally shipped by either UPS or Fed Ex Ground. Orders are typically processed in 1 - 3 business days and Ground delivery typically takes an additional 2 - 7 business days. (Therefore, Ground deliveries typically take 3 - 12 business days from the date of your order.) Please see the item detail page of the item(s) you are interested in for a more accurate estimate of processing times.

Please note that processing times and delivery dates for ground shipments are not guaranteed.

Also, please note that some items ship directly from manufacturers warehouses, which allow us to keep our prices and your costs as low as possible. Depending on what items are ordered, your shipment may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days.

EXPEDITED SERVICE

For quicker deliveries of most items, we offer two expedited shipping options (some items are not available for expedited shipping), Express, which will arrive in 2-4 business days from the order date, and Express Saver, which will arrive in 3-5 business days.*

* Please note that orders received after 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time may not be processed that same day. Therefore, these orders will be processed the following business day.

To calculate the cost of an Expedited shipment, Joe Brands uses the UPS Worldship® system. Rates will vary depending on the ship-to location, shipping weight, and shipping size.

Confirmation of the respective shipping costs will be given to you before you finalize your order, so you will know the shipping costs before completing your order.

OVERNIGHT or Guaranteed 2nd DAY SERVICE

If your package must arrive overnight or within 2 business days, please call or email us at ask@joebrands.com with the item(s) you are interested in purchasing, and the ship-to zip code. If the items are available for this service, we will e-mail you the price of the service.

OTHER INFORMATION

P.O. boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at present.

Canada: We presently do not ship to Canada.

Hawaii & Alaska: Since these shipments must be sent by air, the shipping costs available to shipments within the Continental US are not an option. You will see the correct rate as you check out.

APO/FPO Addresses: We regret that we are not shipping to these locations at present.

If you are shipping a gift, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will have to bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.

Refusal of Delivery: If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the shipping costs back to the warehouse, and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all actual costs associated with shipping and returning the respective shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to JoeBrands or to one of its vendors due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

Unable to deliver: If a package is returned to JoeBrands or to one of its vendors due to an inability of UPS, Fed Ex or another shipper to obtain a signature or the equivalent required for delivery *, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If the order qualified for free shipping, the customer will still be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any other costs that occur during the delivery and return process.

* Many items will not require a signature for delivery. However, some will. If a product requires a signature for delivery, this will be indicated on the respective product page.
